This group is for you if you want to:

  • Learn what is and how to become more assertive in order to handle life effectively as an adult.
  • Learn how to deal with anger in a healthy way.
  • Learn empathy.
  • Express yourself effectively.

 

Mindfulness

This group is for you if you want to:

  • Learn to breathe calmly
  • Learn techniques to relax your muscles
  • Learn ways to turn off your mind
  • Learn to be in the moment

 

Therapeutic group ‘Find Yourself‘ build up skills to make subtle life changes, build understanding of life, to learn how to manage life as a positive healthy adult, and or healthy positive parent.

 

Life Coaching – using NLP techniques [Neuro Linguistic Programming]

This group is for you if you want to:

  • Improve your well being, understand and reach your potential.
  • Understand how you think, verbal language you use, and how to change these to positive behavior thoughts and feelings.
  • Open new possibilities, explore untapped potential, increase emotional intelligence, change negative to positive behaviour patterns to facilitate change.
